11/3/26 - The Final Hours: A Call to Get Out and Vote
Episodios
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, it’s Election Day. Americans must fulfill their civic duty by voting. This election is too important to sit out; the nation's future is at stake. Republicans face a difficult but critical fight and can only win if Republicans show up. There are no moderate Democrats running for office. The Democrats are motivated and determined to use the system against itself and undermine the country. It’s harder to rally people to defend the nation because many cannot believe what is happening. The stakes are real and will directly affect families and future generations. As the national picture comes into focus, it doesn’t seem to be a blue or red wave. Learn more about your ad choices. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, this midterm election is a critical rendezvous with destiny; we need to get out and encourage others to participate. Democrats would reverse President Trump’s policies by reopening the border, ending deportation efforts, undermining property rights, expanding government control, weakening constitutional institutions, and advancing socialism. These changes would threaten personal freedom, private property, healthcare choices, economic prosperity, public safety, the Supreme Court, the Electoral College, and the broader American culture. Power is the driving force behind Democratic policies, their agenda would fundamentally transform the country. A single election could permanently damage key institutions. If we rally we will win! Later, Florida gubernatorial caandidate Rep Byron Donalds calls in and explains that that Republicans, conservatives, and like-minded independents must vote to preserve Florida’s current direction. We must maintain the policies that have made Florida successful, including law and order, safe communities, support for families, school choice, and the conservative leadership model established by Ron DeSantis. Vote in order to keep Florida on its current path. Also, Rep Mike Lawler joins the show and explains that the election is a decisive choice about the country's future. Voters must reject the growing anti-Semitism, Marxism, radicalism, and hatred of America. The silent majority need to defy pollsters and deliver unexpected results. Those who stay home re effectively helping elect progressive Democrats. Finally, Gov Greg Abbott calls in and urges Texas Republicans to turn out and vote because a large number of Republican voters, particularly in rural and suburban areas, had not yet cast ballots. Abbott warned Republicans against becoming complacent because of the party’s 30-year statewide winning streak, stressing that every vote matters and that assuming victory could jeopardize the state’s future. This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party is putting power above the interests of the American people, embracing radical ideologies and candidates who threaten the nation's constitutional foundations. Abdul El-Sayed's campaign for the U.S. Senate in Michigan raises serious concerns about his family's alleged connections to the Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR, and other organizations with histories of controversy. Reports surrounding his father's involvement with Life for Relief and Development, a charity previously investigated for sanctions violations and financial dealings with Saddam Hussein's regime, raise additional questions. Americans must recognize the stakes of this election and reject candidates who would undermine the country's values and national security. Meanwhile, Israel's election demonstrates the importance of strong conservative leadership, as Benjamin Netanyahu and the Likud coalition seek to maintain control of the government. Consumer confidence is rising, and President Trump's economic policies are helping reverse the damage caused by inflation and excessive government spending. Democrats threaten that progress with proposals for higher taxes, expanded government programs, and policies that would weaken economic freedom. If Democrats regain control of the Senate, they could eliminate the filibuster, reshape the Supreme Court, undermine the Electoral College, and fundamentally transform American institutions. Also, the Alaska Senate election has become the center of a growing controversy after reports that Democratic operatives worked to recruit another candidate named Dan Sullivan to appear on the ballot alongside incumbent Republican Senator Dan Sullivan. The effort allegedly sought to confuse voters and improve Democrat Mary Peltola's chances of winning the election. CNN and other media outlets have minimized the significance of these allegations, portraying the tactics as routine political maneuvering rather than a serious threat to election integrity. Senator Ed Markey's comments about possible nationwide protests and a general strike surrounding the election raise additional concerns about how Democrats might respond to political developments they oppose. The possibility of coordinated disruptions, demonstrations, and legal challenges reflects a willingness to use extraordinary measures to influence the political process. Later, the upcoming election represents far more than a contest between political parties. It is a test of whether Americans still possess the virtue, determination, and commitment to liberty necessary to preserve their constitutional republic. Previous generations sacrificed their lives, property, and livelihoods during the Revolutionary War, Civil War, and other conflicts to secure the freedoms Americans enjoy today. The Founding Fathers understood that constitutional government could survive only if citizens maintained the moral character and willingness to defend it. Voting is one of the simplest responsibilities Americans have compared with the sacrifices made by those who came before them. Every citizen must recognize what is at stake, participate in the election, and encourage friends and family to do the same. The future of American liberty, self-government, and the Constitution ultimately depends on the will of the American people. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, the time is now to vote early or on Election Day. Republican turnout appears weak in several key states and races across the country. Meanwhile, there’s an effort to transform American politics, culture, and institutions via political Islam. Imams speaking at Michigan Islamic institutions are caught on tape boasting that America has gone from about 1,000 mosques in the 1990s to nearly 4,000 today, calling voting a modern jihad, praising Hezbollah, and vowing to raise "soldiers of the imam" in the belly of the beast. This is revolution by immigration, a political movement that exists to take over the culture and the government, and local zoning boards and politicians have done nothing about it. Failing to vote in the election will allow these forces to gain power in the country. We need to take this election seriously, reject complacency, and turn out to vote in large numbers to defend the country’s founding principles, including freedom, individual rights, private property, and constitutional government. Marxists, Islamists, illegal immigration, and the Democratic Party threaten America’s institutions, culture, and sovereignty and seeks to undermine the nation from within. American citizens have a responsibility to protect the republic rather than rely on political leaders alone. We must prevent the erosion of the nation’s freedoms and identity. Later, Rep Mike Lawler calls in and explains that polls are failing to capture voter sentiment in NY, particularly shifting Jewish support toward Republicans; elections are determined by turnout rather than media narratives or polling predictions. This election is a choice between common sense and extremism, capitalism and Marxism, and a defense of the Judeo-Christian values, Constitution, rule of law, and principles that have defined the nation for 250 years. Afterward, Tucker Carlson was featured in Abdul El-Sayed ad trashing Mike Rogers because Rogers supports Israel. Carlson is actively trying to elect Islamists and Marxists and defeat conservatives and Republicans. Finally, there are breaking reports of a rapidly developing and potentially serious crisis in Poland. It’s a possible coup attempt centered on a confrontation at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal. U.S. Ambassador Tom Rose said the situation involved a dispute over state power and the independence of constitutional institutions, with both sides presenting conflicting accounts and thousands gathering outside the tribunal, raising concerns about possible escalation. Poland’s democratic future depends on its people, institutions, and commitment to the rule of law. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the Alaska ballot scandal is another example of an entrenched Democrat-aligned media bias. CBS staff, such as Margaret Brennan and Ed O'Keefe, resisted treating this issue as a major scandal. Democratic leaders, including Chuck Schumer, were likely aware of the effort, and this demonstrates how political operatives manipulate ballots and exploit Alaska’s election system to create voter confusion. This is a huge scandal and could affect the balance of in the Senate, but the mainstream media can't be bothered. This is why trust in media and ratings are at an all-time low. Meanwhile, these final few days before Election Day will determine not just the outcome of an election, but whether the nation preserves its identity as a free republic rooted in individual liberty, free will, capitalism, and Americanism. Previous generations risked and gave their lives to secure and preserve this country, while today citizens are only being asked to vote and encourage others to do the same. Go vote now. Also, the United States is on an unsustainable fiscal path, projections show that the federal government will spend more than $20 trillion on interest payments over the next decade, with interest costs reaching roughly $200 billion per month by 2036. The nation’s $40 trillion debt, combined with growing deficits, looming Social Security and Medicare funding shortfalls, and continued government spending, should alarm voters. Later, CBN’s David Brody calls in with an update on his daughter, Alina Brody, who is preparing to undergo salvage treatment involving immunotherapy and antibody-based therapies in hopes of achieving remission before receiving a stem cell transplant. Prayers are their greatest need but also welcomes any financial assistance through a Give Send Go fundraiser: https://www.givesendgo.com/faith-over-fear-elinas-fight-against-can Finally, Minnesota Senate candidate Michele Tafoya calls in and urges Minnesotans not to assume victory and to vote in the final days of the election, stressing that low Republican turnout in 2022 cost the party numerous races and that every vote matters. Tafoya argued that this year presents a unique opportunity that must be seized. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrat Party is trying to steal the Senate. A New York Times report says that allies of Mary Peltola orchestrated a “Ballot Composition Project” in Alaska aimed at recruiting spoiler candidates, including another candidate named Dan Sullivan, to create voter confusion and weaken support for incumbent Senator Dan Sullivan. Campaign aides, Democratic operatives, lawyers, and officials connected to Chuck Schumer’s Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee were involved in a coordinated effort to shape the ballot. The operation sought to recruit multiple candidates to dilute the incumbent’s vote and improve Peltola’s chances in a closely watched Senate race. The objective of this plot is simple: power at all costs. Also, there are allegations surrounding Abdul El-Sayed’s family connections to Life for Relief and Development, a charity he says had members with Muslim Brotherhood ties and a history of federal investigations, FBI and U.S. military raids, sanctions violations, and a settlement with the Office of Foreign Assets Control over allegations of funneling money to Saddam Hussein’s regime. El-Sayed’s father, Dr. Mohammed El-Sayed, served on the organization’s board, while other family members were connected to related organizations that later faced scrutiny for alleged terrorist ties. Michigan needs to disregard the polling and vote. Later, Bruce Blakeman calls in and makes his closing case for New York governor. NY is in a death spiral under Kathy Hochul - high taxes, rising utility costs, job losses, population decline, and poor economic performance. Blakeman warned that the state is running out of time to reverse its decline. A victory would protect rights, reduce taxes, improve public safety, and put NY on a path toward renewal. Afterward, Netanyahu, Likud, and the conservative parties have defeated Eisenkot and the opposition non-Arab parties. Netanyahu won. Eisenkot lost. Why would President Herzog, as reported, choose the Eisenkot opposition to take the first shot a building a majority coalition when they lost to the Netanyahu coalition? And, if the Netanyahu coalition cannot pull together a majority, and the Eisenkot opposition fails, why shouldn't there be another election? Why should Netanyahu agree to a plan, also in the press, where Herzog offers Netanyahu a deal in which he is PM for 2-years plus he will pardon him on the legal charges (when, in fact, the charges have fallen to pieces and the abuses around them are now public and appalling), if Netanyahu agrees to hand the PM job to Eisenkot thereafter? Finally, Sen Ed Marrkey calls for a national strike, which mirrors a plan being promoted by the Democratic Socialists of America to disrupt the economy, create chaos through protests, road blockages, and civil unrest, and provoke a government response. Communists, Islamists, and billionaire-backed groups are organizing toward this objective. Political opponents are seeking to undermine constitutional norms, eliminate the filibuster, and use organized protests, radical unions, Antifa, and other activist groups to pressure the country if they face resistance. Such actions encourage mob rule, violence, riots, and attacks on American institutions while presenting themselves as opposition to those outcomes. Learn more about your ad choices. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the outcome of the midterm elections will be determined by voter turnout, not by polls or surveys. If you do not vote, they win. And if they win, we lose our country. President Trump is breaking his back carrying the Republican party over the finish line because he knows what's at stake. Republicans must make the case for the Constitution. Meanwhile, Israel’s election is today. Israel’s coalition-based parliamentary system is overly fragmented, and no prime minister can govern without assembling a coalition among numerous parties. According to Channel 14, Netanyahu, Likud, and the right-wing coalition are at 61-62. Despite all the spin about the opposition and the Arab parties and Likud, the largest party, lost votes, etc., if this holds the government effectively won re-election. We will know shortly. Also, there’s positive economic news - a sharp rise in consumer confidence that exceeded expectations, increasing from the prior month to 91.7 and marking the first gain in four months. This is thanks to President Trump’s efforts to grow the economy, lower costs, boost employment, and increase incomes. In contrast, if Democrats win both Houses their policies would increase spending, debt, inflation, and would threaten key institutions. Later, Sen Dan Sullivan joins the show to break down his re-election for Alaska’s Senator. This race is critical for both Alaska and the nation; Alaska serves as a firewall for freedom by helping prevent Chuck Schumer from becoming majority leader and keeping Mary Peltola from returning to Congress. Afterward, Rep Byron Donalds calls in with an update on his run for Florida Governor. Florida Republicans have built an advantage in early and absentee voting but success depends on voters continuing to turn out through Election Day. This election is a choice between maintaining Florida’s current conservative, low-tax model and moving toward larger government and higher spending. Finally, Sen Darline Graham calls in with an update on her re-election for South Carolina Senate. She is pro-life, supports law enforcement, and backs the Second Amendment, while her opponent is a radical liberal who supports abortion later in pregnancy, wants to defund the police, and has received significant compensation from an anti-gun activist groups. Graham said the race remains close because some voters are being persuaded by campaign advertising – don’t fall for it. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, ignore the flood of contradictory polls, surveys, and pundit predictions that create anxiety and confusion. The most important thing is simply to vote – straight Republican ticket. As in the United States, Israel also has a significant portion of the population that supports self-destruction. The Israeli left is partnering with Arab parties who deny Israel's right to existence. They're doing this for one purpose: power. Meanwhile, the entire Democratic party knows Abdul El-Sayed and his family are tied to CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood but are foursquare behind him anyway. The Muslim Brotherhood is the central source of many terrorist organizations and holds responsibility for the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent people. Allowing someone with such alleged connections to serve in the United States Senate is dangerous. We must draw the line against this in Michigan and across the country to prevent the nation from continuing an Islamist course. Later, Vivek Ramaswamy to discuss his run for Governor in Ohio. This election is a defining moment for Ohio; it’s a choice between conservative principles and a growing socialist agenda. Amy Acton is a figurehead for a political apparatus, avoids debates, and does not independently represent Ohio voters. We must preserve Ohio’s traditional values, rule of law, economic freedom, and individual liberty. Finally, Steve Hilton joins the show and says that his campaign for California governor is gaining momentum as he travels the state and hears growing calls for change, including from lifelong Democrats who say they plan to vote for him. He argued that recent polling shows a much closer race than traditional establishment polls suggest and said voters are increasingly frustrated with the status quo. Learn more about your ad choices. This week on the Mark Levin Show, Americans have a crucial opportunity to reject the path that France, Belgium, and Britain have taken and to do so through voting, particularly by turning out in large numbers during early voting and on Election Day. The social and political conditions in parts of Europe could spread if left unchecked. This election is about protecting liberty, honoring the sacrifices of previous generations, maintaining the American melting pot, and ensuring that cultural and religious traditions coexist without being imposed on society through intimidation, violence, or coercion. CNN is the Al-Jazeera of America. They have become closely aligned with and financially influenced by Qatar. CNN quietly removed highly favorable language about Qatar from promotional materials for its upcoming Global Perspectives forum in Doha after scrutiny. Qatar uses its money to buy influence across media, universities, politics, and public institutions, while promoting its interests through outlets such as Al Jazeera and relationships with organizations like Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. CNN’s Qatar-backed events, Doha bureau, and revised conference agenda demonstrate that the network has compromised its journalistic independence. CNN has effectively become a vehicle for advancing Qatari interests rather than operating as an independent news organization. Later, we need to continue to reach people across the country and around the world to help turn out voters, clarify the mission, and encourage participation in the election, regardless of polls, surveys, commentators, or experts. The ultimate decision about the country's future rests with the American people, not pollsters. Election predictions have shifted from expectations of a sweeping Democrat victory to increasing uncertainty among so-called experts. We need to vote early, and bring friends, family, and members of their social and religious communities to vote as well. France serves as a warning that civilization is not immortal. Western countries have ignored signs of social and cultural decline for decades. Nations that admit or tolerate people who hate their societies risk undermining their own survival. A civilization cannot survive if it continually weakens itself by welcoming people who oppose its values and interests. France’s unrest is partly the result of allowing in people hostile to the country; Britain faces a similar danger, and the United States could experience the same fate if it follows a similar path. On Friday’s Mark Levin show, Rich Valdes fills in for Mark. Zohran Mamdani is an example of what can happen when voters make the wrong choice. His Socialist agenda could spread to other states if voters do not become more engaged. This election is a choice between advancing President Trump’s America First agenda and allowing progressive candidates to gain more influence. The next two years will either be gridlock or green lights. We must act as though we are behind in order to make a difference and help shape the next phase of America. Every American has a role in shaping the future of the country and must decide what kind of America they want future generations to inherit. Also, will the real Ilhan Omar please stand up? New reporting shows that her birth name is Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, the same surname as Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, the man she married and who many believe is her brother. Benefit of the doubt is off the table for Omar, Abdul El-Sayed, or anyone else in the Islamist orbit after so many lies, from Gaza's human-shield denials to the UNRWA scandal. Later, Democrats are sending Bill and Hillary Clinton to Florida to rescue their candidates, with the former president complaining that Muslims are being denigrated. The real problem was never ordinary Muslims. It is the Islamists and their regime in Iran, from Ayatollah Khomeini to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to Abbas Araghchi, that has oppressed the Persian people for decades. Afterward, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez rallies in Maine for Senate candidate Troy Jackson, claiming the Iran war is being paid for with Americans’ health care and promising day-one investigations into every Trump agency if Democrats win the House. Government exists to protect Americans from their enemies, not to hand out health care, and AOC has passed almost nothing in her years in Congress. Learn more about your ad choices. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, France serves as a warning that civilization is not immortal. Western countries have ignored signs of social and cultural decline for decades. A civilization cannot survive if it continually weakens itself by welcoming people who oppose its values and interests. France’s unrest is partly the result of allowing in people hostile to the country; Britain faces a similar danger, and the United States could experience the same fate if it follows a similar path. Also, since Dearborn, Michigan will overwhelmingly support Abdul El-Sayed, it is critical for voters across the rest of Michigan to turn out, vote early or submit ballots, and encourage family, friends, and community members to do the same. This election will affect the future of the country and future generations. Republicans need to stay focused on winning elections and not be distracted by internal disputes. Democrats are tied to extremists, Marxists, and groups that threaten the country. Most Americans love their country, support the Constitution, oppose open borders, and reject policies that would weaken the nation's system. Meanwhile, Democrats are fighting efforts to clean up voter rolls, even as the Justice Department identifies 20,000 ineligible voters who received ballots in California and the case lands before Judge David Carter, who has already shown open hostility to the DOJ. Attorney General Todd Blanche asks why no one in California wants to fix it. Finally, Katie Zacharia joins the show and describes traveling with President Trump on his midterm blitz through Alaska, Arizona, and Montana, with rallies as packed as 2024, and points to the Alaska LNG pipeline and new energy projects as real results. She points to Gavin Newsom's record in California, from the train to nowhere to the nation's worst literacy rate and highest energy prices, and warns that Democrats would turn the weaponized legal system on ordinary Americans. Holding the Senate is critical to confirming judges and justices who will defend the Constitution. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, we need to continue to reach people across the country and around the world to help turn out voters, clarify the mission, and encourage participation in the election, regardless of polls, surveys, commentators, or experts. The ultimate decision about the country's future rests with the American people, not pollsters. Election predictions have shifted from expectations of a sweeping Democrat victory to increasing uncertainty among so-called experts. We need to vote early, and bring friends, family, and members of their social and religious communities to vote as well. Also, the U.S. administration has directed embassies in Arab states across the Middle East to reduce personnel, while a reported lengthy meeting took place between Secretary Pete Hegseth and Benjamin Netanyahu. Israeli jets have been flying through Syrian and Iraqi airspace up to Iran’s border, testing conditions and keeping Iran on high alert, and that a third carrier has been deployed, which suggests that something is stirring. Iran appears to be moving equipment, uranium, or other assets to hardened locations, which proves that it is not backing down. Later, the Constitution was designed around enduring principles, protecting individual liberty from federal government intrusion while originally leaving most matters involving individual rights to the states. The Bill of Rights initially applied only to the federal government and was later extended to the states through Supreme Court decisions. Abdul El-Sayed is a Constitutional liberate, who is misrepresenting originalism and the Second Amendment by focusing on muskets rather than the broader constitutional right to bear arms. Afterward, millions of people are leaving blue states for red states because nothing is cheaper in blue states. They have higher costs for electricity, gasoline, housing, food, and property taxes. What do Democrats offer on affordability? Finally, Gov Greg Abbott calls in explains that CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood pose a great danger, which is why he designated them as foreign terrorist organizations. Yet CAIR supports his opponent, Gina Hinojosa. If elected Hinojosa would have serious consequences for Texas and the country. Texans need to get out and vote. Learn more about your ad choices. CNN’s Qatar-backed events, Doha bureau, and revised conference agenda demonstrate that the network has compromised its journalistic independence. CNN has effectively become a vehicle for advancing Qatari interests rather than operating as an independent news organization. Meanwhile, a movement called “Chaos, Inc.” has expanded to 101 organizations across nine countries that are coordinating, organizing, or amplifying protests in Europe and potentially the United States. These groups are connected through a Marxist-Islamist alliance, involving Antifa, Code Pink, and other left-wing activist networks, and are being funded and supported by the Chinese Communist Party, Qatar, and billionaire Neville Roy Singham. Later, Dr James Lindsay calls in and explains that the National Conservatism (NatCon) movement is attempting to replace constitutional and classical liberal conservatism with a new collectivist ideology centered on loyalty, nationalism, and state-directed notions of the common good. NatCon and its allies attack foundational influences such as John Locke, mischaracterize supporters of the Constitution as “liberals,” and promote a vision that subordinates individual liberty to national or collective interests. The movement advocates greater state involvement in economic, social, religious, and personal affairs under the banner of the common good, which he says resembles socialist or Marxist methods despite different goals. Finally, Rep Monica De La Cruz calls in to discuss her congressional race in South Texas, where redistricting has made 80% of her district new territory despite her incumbency. The district was designed to lean Republican, but economic concerns such as affordability and immigration remain top issues, and many Hispanic voters are relatively new to the Republican Party. Also, PM Benjamin Netanyahu is a crucial ally in the fight against Islamists, Marxists, and left-wing leadership in Europe and the United States. The United States and Israel cannot afford to lose this battle; we need to stand shoulder to shoulder with Israel and support militaries willing to fight persistent enemies, despite criticism from the left and isolationists. Later, Rep Scott Perry calls in to discuss his highly competitive swing district where Democrats and major donors have spent heavily to defeat him. Perry explains that he is defending the Constitution, fights government spending and national debt, and protects freedoms and privacy. Afterward, France’s recent student protests have expanded beyond school-related grievances into a broader movement supported by a network of 54 organizations, including communist and socialist groups, labor unions, political movements, environmental activists, student organizations, and Palestine-solidarity groups. Many of these organizations have helped organize, support, or amplify the demonstrations, linking concerns over education, public services, austerity, policing, military spending, and broader political issues. Finally, Washington State Senate Minority Leader John Braun calls in with an update on candidacy for Washington’s 3rd Congressional District. Braun described the challenges Republicans have faced in Washington state since losing their Senate majority nine years ago. Braun’s opponent, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, is no moderate; she has voted against lower taxes, national security funding, border security measures, parental rights, and restrictions on biological males participating in women’s sports. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Rich Valdes fills in for Mark. The upcoming midterm elections are among the most consequential in the nation’s history. It’s a choice between preserving the America people know today or moving toward a radically different future. Americans are increasingly focused on the future their children and grandchildren will inherit, law and order, constitutional principles, and the need for strong leadership to protect freedom, security, and traditional American values. We must reject the propaganda, stay engaged in the political process, and remain focused on shaping the country’s future. Also, while many conservatives hope serious consequences could follow Rep Ilhan Omar, many remain skeptical that any investigation will ultimately lead to criminal penalties. Omar’s unpopularity stems less from the marriage allegations and more from her anti-American statements throughout her political career. If Omar committed crimes, she should be held accountable, but who knows whether the political and legal system will actually produce that outcome. Later, AOC says Republicans don't want women to go to college. She is misrepresenting the issue: the government caps student loans for non-professional occupations such as nurses, teachers and social workers. AOC is trying to weaponize higher education as the GOP's war on women when it's actually a war on the Deep State. The bigger issue is that people are being lied to: AOC labels Republicans as anti-women but her supporters just accept it at face value. We need to stop with knee-jerk reactions. Meanwhile, Democratic Socialists of America candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier tells Politico that Democrats can learn from the DSA’s bold vision, a vision of abolishing ICE, jails, police, and the Senate and promising free health care for everyone. Canadians with heart trouble slip into Detroit for emergency care, and in Cuba a surgeon asks a patient’s family to bring gloves and gauze from the States, proof that government-run medicine is not the America anyone should want. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Erin Molan fills in for Mark. The midterm elections are a pivotal moment because the values, freedoms, and way of life people cherish are under threat from both foreign adversaries and domestic ideological movements. Many people across the West are unaware of these dangers, which include the Chinese Communist Party, North Korea, Iran, Islamic extremism, the Muslim Brotherhood, and a coalition of far-left, socialist, and communist forces operating within American institutions and politics. This election is a choice between those who love and want to preserve America and those she says want to transform or destroy it. Complacency is dangerous and you can defend your country by voting because the future of America and future generations depends on it. Also, Abdul El-Sayed denies that he or his family have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, even though his sister posted about it on social media. Islamic extremism poses a serious threat. Many in the West are afraid to name or confront such threats, while others unknowingly help them grow. Strength, courage, and political engagement are necessary because the threats are no longer distant but already exist within Western societies, making upcoming elections especially important. Later, NJ Republican Senate candidate Justin Murphy urged President Trump to finish the conflict with Iran, arguing that the IRGC has spread terror, oppression, and instability for decades and that the Iranian people deserve a better future. Preventing Iran from gaining power and capability to threaten America is consistent with an America First agenda. Previous presidents recognized the threat but failed to act decisively, only Trump confronted the regime. Finally, Molan takes listeners inside a Hamas terror tunnel in Gaza she entered last week while hosting an October 7 memorial and meeting Prime Minister Netanyahu, President Herzog, and the foreign minister. The tunnel, discovered only eight months ago near the Israeli border, shows how aid money built underground networks for killers rather than shelters for civilians. Learn more about your ad choices. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Fegruson fills in for Mark. What was initially portrayed as banks independently debanking customers was actually the result of intense pressure from federal regulators during the Obama and Biden administrations, which targeted groups and industries disfavored by the government, including MAGA supporters, pro-life organizations and firearms businesses. Banks feared regulatory retaliation, fines, and other consequences if they did not comply, leading them to deny services, credit, or accounts based on customers’ political, social, or religious views. Government officials effectively used financial institutions to punish ideological opponents and influence private-sector decisions. Americans of all political and religious beliefs should oppose such actions because the government should not have the power to determine who can access banking services based on their values, beliefs, or affiliations, and he calls for legislation to prevent similar practices in the future. Also, whistleblower findings publicized by Sen Chuck Grassley alleges that Jack Smith and the Biden Department of Justice collected personal data on more than 639,000 Republican voters, donors, and supporters during the Arctic Frost investigation. Many of these individuals had done nothing more than donate small amounts to Republican causes, purchase Trump campaign merchandise, or participate in the political process, yet their names, addresses, occupations, donation histories, and other personal information were collected. Investigators gathered information from people with no apparent connection to alleged wrongdoing. How was this information used, and why was so much personal data on ordinary Americans obtained in the first place? The scope of the data collection was politically motivated, personally invasive, and far larger than previously known. It was a government-maintained database of Republican supporters which you see in authoritarian governments. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson fills in for Mark. President Trump’s trip to Alaska is primarily about winning a crucial Senate race while highlighting energy independence, economic growth, and national security. Alaska plays a central role because of its vast oil, gas, natural resource, and federal land holdings. Control of the Senate, lower energy costs, and the country’s future are all tied to the outcome of the Alaska race. Also, the United Kingdom should be a warning to us about the consequences of government programs that become too expensive to sustain. British politicians promised expansive benefits, including disability-related programs and vehicle leasing benefits, but the costs have grown dramatically, creating political and economic pressure as taxpayers struggle to fund them. The programs have expanded beyond their intended purpose, leading to waste, fraud, abuse, and growing numbers of people classified as disabled. Rising welfare costs, shrinking workforce participation, and increasing dependence on government benefits have created an unsustainable system that now forces politicians to consider spending cuts – America needs to pay attention. Later, Abdul El-Sayed failed ,during a debate with Mike Rogers, to deny allegations that he received support from George Soros-linked donors and individuals connected to terrorist organizations. This election represents a broader choice between America First politics and a radical political movement. Afterward, it’s alleged that Rep Ilhan Omar’s congressional staff worked to change her birth year in public records from 1981 to 1982 after she was elected to Congress. The birth-year change and citizenship timeline are the reasons some people are now raising questions about the investigation. There are also questions about Omar’s financial disclosures, including a reported $29 million change in her net worth, and revisits longstanding allegations regarding her marriages, including claims that a marriage to a British citizen may have been connected to immigration benefits. These issues, combined with reports that her birth year was changed in congressional records after her election, warrant scrutiny and investigation. Learn more about your ad choices. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. Columbus Day and the American Miracle. We still celebrate Columbus Day, right? It is a federal holiday by statute, after all. It’s OK to wish someone a Happy Columbus Day. Unless you’re a woke libtard influenced by secular pop culture, in which case you celebrate something called Indigenous Peoples’ Day, which is not a federal holiday. In fact, if it weren’t for Columbus, there’s a really good chance July 4th, 1776 wouldn’t have happened. According to AI, the odds of the American colonists beating the British to win independence and then becoming the world’s superpower were 0–0.001%. In the past 250 years, the average standard of living has increased exponentially. Increased wealth led to increased philanthropy, leading to advances in tech, science, medicine, and religion. Without the USA, could the Allies have won World War II? It’s very easy to overlook the probable fact that without Christopher Columbus, there would be no United States of America. Also, is Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky OK with maintaining the status quo of war with Russia? Trump made a deal with Russian President Putin for diesel fuel, but the bigger news was he called on the Ukrainian people to elect a new leader who will make a deal to end the war. Trump holds all the cards: America provides 45% of Ukraine’s weapons, including the deep-strike weapons Ukraine has used to hit Russian refineries and drive up diesel prices. Trump has asked Zelenskyy to stop hitting Russian energy but to no avail. What is Zelensky’s motivation? He’s unpopular in Ukraine and would probably lose an election, but he’s suspended elections until he has 60 days of peace. As long as the war continues, Zelensky stays president. Suppose Trump withholds the 45% of Ukrainian weapons that America provides? Trump’s strategy behind his deal with Putin is not just lowering diesel prices, it’s putting maximum pressure on Zelensky to end the war. Finally, two things can be true at once. The Iran war did increase oil prices, but oil shipments out of the Strait of Hormuz have resumed at 74% of pre-war levels and are getting better. But refined products—like diesel—are still lagging behind. We’re winning the war in Iran. They are throwing the kitchen sink in a desperate attempt to disrupt the flow of oil out of the Strait because Iran is in dire economic trouble. They are almost out of oil to sell and almost out of money. To send weapons to terror proxies like the Houthis, they need money. Trump’s strategy of parallel paths to bring both wars—Iran and Russia/Ukraine—to an end is working. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
This week on the Mark Levin Show, the same party seeking to reshape the Constitution is targeting the Supreme Court first by eliminating the filibuster, packing the lower courts and the Supreme Court with additional justices, and presenting themselves as the true constitutionalists while pursuing a broader political agenda. Later, if Republicans continue to outperform polling in the same way they have in past cycles, states like Michigan, Texas, Iowa, and Ohio could shift Republican, allowing Republicans to hold the Senate. But none of that matters unless we vote like everything is on the line because everything is on the line. Democrats are trying to weaken this president through investigations, lay the groundwork for future political gains, and pursue changes that would fundamentally alter the country, including amnesty and other policies would be difficult to reverse. Our goal is to hold the Senate and the House and advance the cause of liberty and constitutionalism in this election cycle. We are the real activists, not the commentators on television or the internet, and that by turning out to vote early and on Election Day we can push our side to victory. This election is different because everything is on the line, and regardless of past disagreements within the party, Republicans must unite in the general election. Democrats would raise energy, fuel, food, electricity, and housing costs rather than lower them, while also reopening the borders and weakening law enforcement. This election is critical because the policies and direction of the country are at stake and no, it’s not about nationalism, as natcons would have you believe. It's about Americanism. The problems seen in places like France and Britain are already taking root in America, and if President Donald Trump had not been re-elected, the United States would be facing the same path. A Marxist-Islamist alliance is already here, supported by Democrats who are undermining the Constitution, the Supreme Court, law enforcement, the military, and the nation's checks and balances in pursuit of centralized power and one-party rule. Mass immigration by people who do not intend to assimilate, along with the influence of radicals in universities, the media, and politics, threatens civil society and Americanism. This election is a choice between preserving America, constitutional government, and the rule of law, or allowing forces that seek to fundamentally transform and ultimately destroy the nation to prevail. Later, AG Letitia James pursued investigations into President Trump and those around him despite claims from a whistleblower that investigators repeatedly found no evidence of wrongdoing. According to prosecutor Daniel Wiesenfeld, his supervisors acknowledged there was no case but said the investigation continued because it was ultimately James’ decision, leading him to believe prosecutors were being directed to find crimes after targeting specific individuals rather than following evidence. This violates basic legal and ethical principles. If such practices continue, more politically motivated investigations will follow, diverting attention and resources away from other issues while fueling partisan conflict. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, we should never surrender American sovereignty to international bodies like the International Criminal Court because we don’t want unelected foreign judges, many of whom come from systems that do not share our standards of due process and civil liberties, to have the power to prosecute our citizens, soldiers, president, vice president, or other government officials. This same principle has guided Israel's opposition to efforts to prosecute Benjamin Netanyahu, and that people like Zohran Mamdani embrace a form of globalism that places international institutions above national sovereignty, which is fundamentally incompatible with America's constitutional system. Meanwhile, there have been a series of bomb threats targeting Orthodox Jewish schools and public schools in Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn. These incidents receive too little national attention and are becoming normalized. Also, while media competition has expanded with podcasts and streaming, the Mark Levin show affiliates have helped us grow across radio and digital platforms, allowing us to reach audiences in more ways than ever. This midterm election is critically important, and this program is focused on the issues, the candidates, and turnout rather than turning it into a committee discussion. Later, who cares if the execution of the Fort Hood killer should be streamed? He had his due process, he's been sitting there for years, and he's lived a lot longer than he should have under the circumstances. If people want to watch it, they can watch it; if they don't want to watch it, they don't have to; just carry out the sentence and be done with it. Finally, Asra Nomani calls in and explains that what began as French students protesting overcrowded schools, teacher shortages, and poor learning conditions has evolved into a broader movement supported and amplified by a network of labor unions, communist and socialist organizations, political parties, activist groups, and international media outlets. Nomani identified a network of 50 organizations involved in mobilizing demonstrations, organizing strikes, and promoting the protests globally, with groups linked to far-left political causes, Palestinian activism, and anti-capitalist movements playing prominent roles. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the media aggressively target President Trump, his cabinet, and other administration officials through stories based on anonymous sources, which are often coordinated with Democrats and bureaucrats as part of an inside-outside game to undermine the administration. These stories are examples of pseudo news designed to advance ideological agendas and damage reputations. There’s a New York Times article involving Mark’s stepson, a senior adviser to Ambassador Mike Huckabee in Israel, and it reflects a familiar pattern in which entrenched State Department bureaucrats leak information and attempt to sabotage the policies of the Trump administration. Also, Michele Tafoya calls in with an update on her Senate race in Minnesota. Many voters are open to crossing party lines because they’re deeply frustrated and eager for change. The biggest issues facing Minnesota are the massive taxpayer fraud that allowed billions of dollars to disappear, a rise in crime and gang violence that has shaken communities, and an education system where too many students are failing to meet grade-level standards in reading and math. Finally, Brian Kilmeade calls in to discuss his new book, Uniting the States: Six Crucial Moments That Forged the American Miracle – Six Founders Who Shaped America's Revolutionary Democracy. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the problems seen in places like France and Britain are already taking root in America, and if President Donald Trump had not been re-elected, the United States would be facing the same path. Also, on the 3-year anniversary of October 7th, Zohran Mamdani accuses Israel of genocide, apartheid, and war crimes, arguing that Israel is a diverse society rather than an apartheid state. The claim of a genocide in Gaza is absurd. He is a disgusting jihadist, pure and simple. He couldn’t even shut his foul mouth for one day. Mamdani is now the face of the Marxist-Islamist alliance which is already inside the gates. Later, an arrest was made of an 18-year-old alleged ISIS sympathizer accused of planning a mass shooting at the Mall of America. The FBI is doing a great job but there may be many more of these threats across the country. Terrorists exploited America’s freedoms and constitutional protections to attack the very society that grants them; how many extremists may already be living within the United States. Afterward, Mike Rogers calls in about his Senate race in Michigan. Rogers’ campaign is gaining momentum because more voters are recognizing the danger Abdul El-Sayed poses. El-Sayed has failed to condemn groups such as the IRGC and the Muslim Brotherhood, refuses to distance himself from inflammatory anti-Jewish rhetoric, and has contributed to a climate where Jewish students feel unsafe expressing their identity. More voters are waking up to the stakes of the race and rallying behind Rogers' campaign to prevent his election to the Senate. Finally, Sen Dan Sullivan joins the show with an update on his Sente race in Alaska. Sullivan’s opponent Mmary Peltola is aligned with the far left and would help advance policies that oppose Alaska’s oil, gas, and resource development while weakening the military and empowering anti-Alaska leadership in Washington. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, our goal is to hold the Senate and the House and advance the cause of liberty and constitutionalism in this election cycle. We are the real activists, not the commentators on television or the internet, and that by turning out to vote early and on Election Day we can push our side to victory. This election is different because everything is on the line, and regardless of past disagreements within the party, Republicans must unite in the general election. This election is critical because the policies and direction of the country are at stake and no, it’s not about nationalism, as natcons would have you believe. It's about Americanism. Meanwhile, the Marxist-Islamist alliance is not isolated to one place but part of a broader global movement that is spreading from France and Britain to communities across the United States. America cannot confront such threats alone and must rely on alliances, intelligence sharing, and cooperation with other nations. True America First principles require strong allies, not isolationism, and history shows that partnerships were essential to America's founding and victory in World War II. Later, when you go to vote remember that the Democrats have no plan to reduce prices. Just a few years ago, they massively increased prices -- for just about everything you need to live on. Food, housing, medicine, gas and electricity, etc. And they so massively deficit spent and borrowed, they drove inflation through the roof, significantly reducing your buying power while increasing prices. There are simply no Democrat Party plans or policies to lower prices or to make necessities more affordable. They are ideologically incapable of doing so. If they win, price increases will be unleashed and the economy will nose-dive. Finally, Ken Paxton calls in with an update on his Senate race in Texas. Republicans have the numbers to win in Texas, but victory depends on turnout, so Paxton’s message is simple: get out and vote, and encourage friends and family to do the same. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the information being released by the Department of Justice points to massive corruption involving the Biden DOJ, Merrick Garland, and Jack Smith. Julie Kelly calls in to break it down. The operation was even worse than she had realized, arguing that Smith abused his authority by obtaining White House phone records, collecting communications involving officials, members of Congress, reporters, and others connected to President Trump. Kelly said the surveillance of Susie Wiles and other Trump associates began before Smith's appointment and represented a broader effort by the DOJ to monitor Trump and his campaign, which was even more extensive than Russiagate. And, the Biden White House was involved in all stages of the investigation. Meanwhile, the same party seeking to reshape the Constitution is targeting the Supreme Court first by eliminating the filibuster, packing the lower courts and the Supreme Court with additional justices, and presenting themselves as the true constitutionalists while pursuing a broader political agenda. Later, if Republicans continue to outperform polling in the same way they have in past cycles, states like Michigan, Texas, Iowa, and Ohio could shift Republican, allowing Republicans to hold the Senate. Democrats are trying to weaken this president through investigations, lay the groundwork for future political gains, and pursue changes that would fundamentally alter the country, including amnesty and other policies would be difficult to reverse. Afterward, the lawsuits being pursued by Democrat-led towns, cities, and states are designed to bankrupt and destroy oil companies, with trial lawyers standing to benefit while using the courts to achieve what cannot be accomplished through legislation. The Commerce Clause was created to encourage and protect interstate commerce, not to allow local governments to interfere with industries that affect the entire nation. Also, Rep Mike Lawler, calls in to discuss his re-election campaign in NY. This election is common sense and capitalism versus the socialist program of open borders, Medicare for all, and government takeovers pushed by Zohran Mamdani and the radicals who would vote for Hakeem Jeffries as Speaker. Finally, Eli Steele calls in to discuss his new documentary essay, White Guilt. After the Civil Rights victories of the 1960s, white America didn't just feel guilt. It surrendered its hold on America and that surrender became a weapon. Merit collapsed and standards fell. Individual responsibility gave way to grievance as power. And the institutions meant to lift people up were quietly repurposed to keep them down. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
This week on the Mark Levin Show, the direct assault on our republic and Constitution is very concerning. Jack Smith abused his authority by obtaining secret subpoenas for communications from Republican members of Congress, numerous media organizations, journalists, and even the Mark Levin radio show, the only radio show in the country Smith went after, as part of his investigation into President Trump. These actions, carried out with the approval of federal judges and hidden from public view, violated constitutional protections, including separation of powers, the Speech and Debate Clause, and the First Amendment. This investigation was driven by political motives rather than justice. And make no mistake: the Biden White House was looped in on everything. Later, the events surrounding the attempted takeover of the FlyDubai airliner were nothing short of incredible. What stands out is the extraordinary heroism displayed by everyone involved: the pilot who fought for his life while still managing to save the aircraft, the passengers who helped subdue the co-pilot, and the civilians and crew who pulled the plane out of a terrifying nosedive. Meanwhile, the broader threat from Iran remains the central issue. While economic pressure and strikes against nuclear facilities have weakened the regime, the only lasting way to stop its nuclear ambitions and global terrorist activities is to remove the regime itself and support those inside Iran who are rising up against it. Gov. Gavin Newsom’s bill requiring companies that operated before 1965 to search their records for ties to slavery is misguided and hypocritical. Why are businesses targeted when the Democratic Party had deep historical ties to slavery, the Confederacy, segregation, and the Ku Klux Klan. What does Newsom have to say about the family that owns the New York Times, whose ancestors were slaveowners and were involved in the slave trade, and covered for Stalin's massacre of Ukrainians in 1932 and covered for Hitler and the Nazis, and is currently Hamas' mouthpiece? If Newsom wants to investigate slavery, look no further than current day Africa and the Middle East. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

If Newsom wants to investigate slavery, look no further than current day Africa and the Middle East. Also, the Atlantic describes how Democrats are preparing a wide range of investigations if they win congressional majorities; this is proof that their focus is not on affordability or the issues Americans care about most, but on targeting President Trump, his administration, his family, and his allies. Democrats are organizing investigative strategies, compiling lists of potential targets, and planning aggressive oversight efforts that amount to political retribution disguised as accountability. These investigations, potential impeachment efforts, and plans to subpoena administration officials and even members of Trump’s family are part of a broader effort to weaken Trump’s presidency, advance partisan power, and position themselves for future political gains. This reflects a push toward one-party control, distracts from economic concerns, undermines institutions and traditions, and threatens the agenda voters elected Trump to carry out. Later, Zohran Mamdani says socialism means everyone should have what they need to live a dignified life and that it is the government’s job to provide it. This removes personal responsibility and requires taking money from hardworking people to give to others. Socialism does not create prosperity, put groceries on shelves, or increase people’s income, but instead empowers bureaucrats while restricting individual freedom. Why would Americans would abandon a constitutional republic and capitalist system that has created opportunity and prosperity in favor of socialism promoted by Mamdani. While economic pressure and strikes against nuclear facilities have weakened the regime, the only lasting way to stop its nuclear ambitions and global terrorist activities is to remove the regime itself and support those inside Iran who are rising up against it. The war against Iran was never about the Strait of Hormuz. Later, Mark sat down for a Life, Liberty and Levin interview with Justice Samuel Alito, where they discussed his book and a wide range of topics, including originalism, textualism, the Constitution, Lincoln, the Gettysburg Address, judicial review, and the role of judges. Rather than focusing on politics or controversy, the conversation explored his ideas, personal background, Italian heritage, love of baseball, military service, and the influence of his parents. Afterward, Sean Hannity calls in and urges people across the country to understand the urgency of this moment, get involved and vote! We are facing a radical and extreme movement that openly lays out its agenda, while many elected Democrats refuse to challenge it because they fear political consequences. This is a clear choice between preserving our Constitution, our way of life, and the principles the country was built on, or embracing policies such as higher taxes, open borders, government expansion, court-packing, and other sweeping changes. Also, Sen Ashley Moody joins the show and explains that this is a critical election not only for Florida but for the nation. We are facing candidates who openly identify as socialists and promote ideas that challenge the country's founding principles. Finally, Rep Chip Roy calls in and says we must come together around the principles we share, including faith, the Constitution, limited government, opportunity, and a love for America, even when we disagree on other issues. The greatest challenge is electorally defeating those who seek to undermine those values. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, Rich Valdes fills in for Mark. Sen Bernie Sanders claims that AI represents the growing power of oligarchs and should be controlled by the people rather than a handful of billionaires. Sanders completely misunderstands how the free market works because people, not elites, ultimately determine which technologies succeed by choosing whether or not to use them. AI is being developed through innovation and entrepreneurship to help people and businesses, not as a tool for oligarchic control, and that the bigger concern is preventing technocrats from overreaching through common-sense oversight by elected representatives. Later, the passengers on the FlyDubai flight stopped a terrorist hijacking and prevented a catastrophe. It reminds you of the resolve of the people on 9/11, when enough was enough and the threat could no longer be ignored. Benjamin Netanyahu saluted the heroes, including an Israeli plumber who helped level the plane. Antisemitism and jihadi terror are out of control - this is Islamo-fascism in the skies. Then, it's Hispanic Heritage Month at the White House and a reminder that Hispanic Americans keep moving right because they've lived socialism. Finally, Sen Chris Van Hollen race-baits deportations while 186 House Democrats vote against deporting illegals convicted of benefit fraud, and AG Todd Blanche announces ten foreign nationals indicted in Minnesota for illegal voting and false citizenship claims — Brazil, Ghana, Liberia — the kind of election fraud the left pretends doesn't exist. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the direct assault on our republic and Constitution is very concerning. Former special prosecutor Jack Smith abused his authority by obtaining secret subpoenas for communications from Republican members of Congress, numerous media organizations, journalists, and even the Mark Levin radio show, the only radio show in the country Smith went after, as part of his investigation into President Trump. These actions, carried out with the approval of federal judges and hidden from public view, violated constitutional protections, including separation of powers, the Speech and Debate Clause, and the First Amendment. This investigation was driven by political motives rather than justice. And make no mistake: the Biden White House was looped in on everything. Also, if Donald Trump was not president, and Kamala Harris won the presidency, the Democrat Party ruled DC, and the Woke Reich isolation appeasers held sway, the Iranian regime would have nuclear weapons, complete control over the Strait of Hormuz driving gas prices far beyond what they are today (which would be the least of our problems), our nation and many others would be facing nuclear attack by an Islamist-terrorist death cult openly committed to our annihilation, or at least nuclear blackmail that would change the face of the planet, and we'd have few if any options in dealing with the Iranian regime. Now that President Trump has prevented ALL of these horrific scenarios because he uniquely had the courage and foresight to act, the various imbeciles of the Left and Radical Right beat their chests and howl to the moon as if they were right about something all along. They were right about nothing. But for POTUS acting, they'd be proven wrong about everything, to our grave endangerment and that of the rest of the world. Later, there’s a proposed Islamic community center, school, and mosque project near Atlantic Avenue and Lyons Road in South Florida.. After reviewing property records, corporate filings, and organizational connections tied to the project, the ownership structure, property transfers, LLC formations, and relationships among various organizations have become so complex that it is difficult for the public to follow the money, understand who is ultimately responsible, or assess the project's full impact. Residents should demand answers, request records, and put their concerns on the record because this project could significantly affect the surrounding community and deserves thorough public scrutiny. Finally, Alan Dershowitz calls in to discuss his new book - Why I Quit the Dems: And So Should You! (confessions of a reluctant Republican*). Learn more about your ad choices. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. The release of five terrorism suspects in the UK less than two days after their arrest is a clear example of how the West is losing its way. Authorities say they are still trying to determine the suspects' motives, activities, and level of involvement in an alleged plot targeting a U.S. air base, yet they were released on bail under monitoring conditions. This reflects a broader problem of political correctness and a reluctance to directly address the role of Islamist extremism. Western societies have largely failed to recognize these trends of demographic changes in London, the growth of Muslim political representation in the United States, and the handling of this case is another example of an unwillingness to confront the issue directly. Later, we are winning the war in Iran even though many people may not feel like we’re winning because higher gas prices make the conflict seem costly. Looking at recent events, leadership posturing, and the broader strategic picture, the situation is progressing better than it appears. China, Russia, and Iran operate as an aligned axis, and assessing the health of that network is key to understanding the conflict. Russia has suffered major setbacks, including severe damage to its refining capacity and a sharp decline in oil exports, creating both an energy and economic crisis. The broader strategic trends are signs that the axis is weakening and that we are closer to victory than most people realize. Finally, the economy is really a tale of two economies. On one hand, many people feel frustrated about affordability and believe the economy is struggling. On the other hand, the actual data shows a historic economic boom. Business activity in both services and manufacturing is at its strongest level in years, with demand surging and growth reaching levels not seen since 2015 outside of the post-COVID rebound. Corporate earnings are growing rapidly, GDP is projected to expand at a 5% annualized rate, poverty has fallen to a record low, and median household income has reached a record high while rising faster than inflation. Across nearly every major economic indicator, businesses are thriving and people at all income levels appear to be doing better. Yet despite these historic gains, many Americans remain unhappy with the economy, creating a disconnect between economic data and public perception. Learn more about your ad choices. This week on the Mark Levin Show, the isolationists, Democrats, and foreign influences are to blame for undermining stronger action in Iran - concerns over rising gas prices have been used politically to discourage military efforts. Wars must be finished decisively to avoid endless conflict or defeat; economic measures alone cannot contain the regime. We must arm arming the Iranian people and opposition forces; decisive action is needed to defeat the regime which would guarantee victory rather than prolonging uncertainty. Did the isolationists in the White House give President Trump bad advice? According to Gallup, a record-high 89% of Americans think their government is corrupt. Xi is overseeing a massive military buildup, has harmed the United States through Covid, damaged the economy, stolen sensitive technologies and information, and supported adversaries such as the Iranian regime - we shouldn't get worked up over his State visit. The United States should not make any AI-related deals with China because they would exploit them. Meanwhile, Benjamin Netanyahu’s United Nations speech was outstanding. Leading a small nation surrounded by threats requires exceptional leadership and Israelis would be wise to re-elect Netanyahu. Netanyahu thanked President Trump for being a partner in their battle against barbarians. Opponents of Israel, such as Matt Gaetz and others in the Woke Reich movement, the isolationists and neo-fascists, push the Obama/Biden appeasement agenda. It's simple: the enemy is not Trump or Netanyahu, the U.S. or Israel. We're the good guys. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Gallup has a screaming headline that over 40% of Americans support socialism -- first time ever! This is entirely misleading. How do we know Gallup polled only Americans, meaning American citizens? What does Gallup mean by Americans? There are an awful lot of people in our country (America) who are from the Third World or socialist regimes, some here legally and others illegally. There’s no verification of party identity either. Even an alien who cannot or does not vote can identify with a party. So, were those questions asked if there were actually Americans -- that is, American citizens? Otherwise, the impression Gallup is leaving is that more actual Americans support socialism than a true sampling would find. And we've had a record number of migrants pour into our country under Biden and the Democrats before President Trump put an end to it. Also, the New York Times and other media outlets are acting as propaganda organizations and attempting to influence Israeli elections by reviving allegations that Benjamin Netanyahu received advance warnings about the October 7 Hamas attack. Haven’t we been thru this before? The reports rely on anonymous sources, lack specific details, have been denied by the UAE and Netanyahu, and are part of a repeated effort to damage Netanyahu politically despite his leadership and recent speech at the United Nations. Later, President Trump is cancelling $810 million in federal funds for programs related to illegal immigrants, race-focused initiatives, and other grants through a pocket rescission process. Trump’s actions are legal, constitutional, and fiscally conservative. Many federal programs and outside organizations receive unnecessary funding; unspent government money is often rushed out before the fiscal year ends, and Trump is uniquely willing to confront both fiscal and cultural issues that other leaders avoid. Finally, Mark Joseph calls in to discuss the re-release his movie – Reagan, which includes 10 minutes of previously cut scenes that he was able to restore. He highlighted several new moments in the movie, including stories about Ronald Reagan, and said the film took 20 years to make despite numerous obstacles, including the left’s banking and social media restrictions that affected promotion efforts. It's simple: the enemy is not Trump or Netanyahu, the U.S. or Israel. We're the good guys. Later, D.C. District Judge Kelly that granted CNN, MS NOW, Politico, and three reporters a temporary restraining order restoring their deactivated White House hard passes after President Trump announced that he was immediately banning those organizations. The court incorrectly treated White House press passes as a constitutional “liberty interest” protected by Fifth Amendment due process rights, requiring notice, hearings, and formal standards before passes could be revoked. These rights are not found in the Constitution; access to the White House is not a constitutional freedom, and the executive branch should have broad authority to determine who receives access, particularly when national security concerns are cited. Afterward, Professor Jeffrey Lax calls in and explains that anti-Semitic incidents have risen significantly across the United States over the past several years, including in workplaces, universities, public institutions, K-12 schools, and everyday life. Jewish individuals have faced harassment, exclusion, hostile environments, and retaliation, often under the guise of opposition to “Zionism,” and proposes a five-point plan focused on fighting anti-Semitism through the courts and achieving legal victories. In this special edition of On the Frontlines, Mark Levin sits down with Yael Eckstein, President and Global CEO of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ), for a conversation about the power of faith, the importance of unity, and the responsibility to help those in need. Reflecting on the September 11 attacks and the approaching anniversary of October 7, Mark and Yael discuss the shared values connecting Christians and Jews, the relationship between the United States and Israel, and the importance of standing together in difficult times. Yael shares firsthand stories of IFCJ's humanitarian work, from delivering food to Holocaust survivors and supporting families in war-torn Ukraine to providing emergency assistance to vulnerable communities in Israel and the Middle East. She also discusses the significance of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, the importance of religious freedom, and the biblical calling to serve others. It's a conversation about putting faith into action, building bridges across communities, and finding strength through unity. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Communist China is the United States’ primary enemy. Xi Jinping is a mass murderer who seeks to defeat America economically, geographically, and militarily. China has attacked U.S. computer systems, stolen technology, interfered in American affairs, supported violent unrest, provided intelligence to Iran that was used in attacks resulting in American deaths, and is rapidly expanding its military to intimidate the United States. Turning to Iran, early military action against the regime was highly effective but efforts were weakened by pauses for negotiations. Both communism and Islamism are long-term ideological threats that cannot be contained through agreements alone. They're playing the long game, waiting for Trump to leave office and Democrats to come in, and our children will be left holding the bag. Meanwhile, the eldest son of Israeli Ambassador to the United States Yechiel Leiter, was killed in Gaza early on in the war. Now his other son is on life support after suffering severe brain damage in a vehicle attack. Israeli families are deeply affected by the ongoing violence. Later, this is a tough election cycle, and it always was going to be a tough election cycle. Rather than starting post-election doomer finger-pointing and positioning oneself as if a sage when seeing the obvious, 6-weeks before the actual election, how about we put our minds, and resources, and efforts toward fighting as hard as we can given all that is at stake. You can be concerned and say-so but stop dispiriting voters before they vote. You could be creating a self-fulfilling outcome. Shove the predictions. Let's get going! Afterward, the claim that the First Amendment guarantees White House press access has some serious hurdles. Who qualifies for credentials, who decides, and by what standard? With countless new media outlets, granting access to some while denying others is hard to justify, yet granting access to all is impossible. Any judge who equates access with press freedom will have to explain where those lines are drawn and why they make sense. Finally, Rep Randy Fine calls in and condemns the Iranian president’s UN speech as cocky and unacceptable, arguing the United States should not host terrorists. Fine called the claim that every Hamas fighter killed in Gaza was a civilian disgusting, said the UN embraces such rhetoric, and opposed U.S. tax dollars funding the body; he would rather it meet in Geneva and leave American soil. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the isolationists, Democrats, and foreign influences are to blame for undermining stronger action in Iran - concerns over rising gas prices have been used politically to discourage military efforts. If the Democrats take Congress and Benjamin Netanyahu loses his election, the Iranian regime will claim victory. It'll be more emboldened than ever. Meanwhile, with the midterm elections only six weeks away, Republicans should remain focused on drawing clear contrasts with Democrats rather than pursuing independent political paths. Republicans should emphasize conservative values and the administration’s economic accomplishments, not RINO's. If the Democrats take the midterms, Zohran Mamdani and others will be sabotaging the president, his cabinet, and Republicans as aggressively and viciously as possible. Mixed signals are being sent at a time when stark contrasts, and absolute clarity is needed both to win the midterms and push back against this radical revolution. Later, Trump was right to ban Politico from the White House. Politico's Adam Wren wrote a disgusting hit piece on Mark's stepson David. David did not "solicit cash gifts from Israeli citizens to celebrate his upcoming wedding." This has to be the most appalling and dishonest story of all. Wren knows exactly what he's doing, and he's doing it to one of the most honorable and decent people who has more integrity in his pinky than Wren will ever have. Finally, Trace Gallagher calls in to discuss his new book, Turns Out They Were Right All Along: Life Lessons I Learned...Eventually. Learn more about your ad choices. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson fills in for Mark. The mainstream media has turned on President Trump after he banned CNN, POLITICO, and MS NOW from the White House. The View accuses Trump of being a dictator, never mind that Obama tried to ban FOX and Democrats have banned conservatives for decades. All Trump is saying is these outlets can write what they want, but they don't have the right to access the White House. Trump is tired of the Fake News. The media is, for all intents and purposes, Democratic state sponsored media. However, Trump should play the long game. What happens when Democrats get into office? Or the next Republican? We either have a First Amendment, or we don't. We either have a free press, or we don't. As loathsome as the mainstream media is, we must be careful about restricting media outlets because we don't like what they write. Also, if you're in doubt about what Democrats will do if they win the midterms, they're not even trying to hide their agenda. They're saying they will weaponize the government and impeach not only Trump, but Cabinet secretaries and others in his inner circle. Thomas Massie has already tried to impeach Pete Hegseth. Others, like Kristi Noem, were fired before they could be impeached. No surprise: Democrats have been saying these things since Trump's first term. The difference now is they are telling people to not even think about working for Trump in the first place. For the midterm election, the pitch is clear: vote for us and we'll lock them up. Finally, the Democratic party is dead and is now made up of communists and Marxists, aka Democratic Socialists. Their agenda is to destroy this country, our democracy and unleash lawlessness. The DSAs want to eliminate the Presidency, Electoral College, SCOTUS, prisons, borders and law enforcement. They're saying all this openly. Democratic Socialists are telling you exactly who they are. Believe them. Add this to their threat to punish anyone who supports the President and the message is clear: be afraid. It's not worth the risk. Learn more about your ad choices. This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Declaration of Independence is the clearest statement of America’s founding principles. The United States was uniquely founded on a fusion of Judeo-Christian values and Enlightenment principles, combining faith, morality, reason, and natural rights while rejecting theocracy. America’s founding principles allow individuals to hold diverse beliefs, including atheism and agnosticism, while preserving freedom of thought and religion. Islamism and Marxism are incompatible with American founding ideals because they reject natural law, natural rights, and the reasoning embodied in the Declaration of Independence. Remember all the fearmongering over things like DDT, e-oli, gas lawn mowers, and masks during COVID? Remember when climate change was supposed to cause sea levels to rise? There's a new fearmongering op over AI and data centers, driven by the Communist Chinese and their Democrat cheerleaders like Bernie Sanders. All the lies about data centers -- they use too much water, will cause electricity costs to go up, will kill jobs -- have all been proven false. But Barack Obama and others want to either kill this new industry or want the government to take it over. Bernie Sanders even said AI is more dangerous than nukes! Don't be a sucker. Don't give in to fearmongering. We need this new technology, and America must win the AI race. Republicans have abandoned their focus on affordability and instead shifted their attention to opposing or regulating data centers; they're chasing the latest political issue rather than addressing real concerns. Republicans are allowing Democrats and the media to shape their agenda, affordability remains a major problem and should be a priority. Groundbreaking developments should be left free from government interference because bureaucrats and politicians lack the expertise to direct innovation. Calls for greater regulation are driven by a desire for power and control rather than practical solutions. We need deregulation, limited government involvement, and allowing innovation and technological development to proceed with minimal restrictions. Later, re you getting sick and tired of ingrates who have no connection to this country? Take Hasan Piker: born here, raised in Turkey where he was radicalized, and thanks to the Supreme Court, returned here a citizen. Democrats might be keeping Piker at arm's length, but he is the face of the party. Democrats have embraced radical Islamism and Marxism just like they embraced slavery and segregation in the past. Islamism and Marxism are incompatible with the Judeo-Christian values of America and the Constitution. Most outrageously, Piker says, pound-for-pound, America causes more terrorism than Al-Qaeda. America is turning into Europe, which is dead and doesn't have the will to survive. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Friday's Mark Levin Show, there are seven Democratic Jewish Senators, including Chuck Schumer and John Ossoff who embrace Jew hatred and antisemitism, putting party and political interests ahead of what is moral and right. It's simple: Jew haters are America haters. In the face of the grave threat to Jews both here and around the world, these Jewish Senators side with Islamists and Marxists like Abdul El-Sayed and Hasan Piker. The difference between Democrats and Republicans is the Democrats embrace antisemitism while the GOP rejects it. Most Republicans have disavowed the Woke Reich antisemites like Tucker Carlson. These Senate Jews think they can make common cause with Islamists? They are disgusting. Later, President Trump’s decision to remove outlets such as Politico, CNN, and MSNBC from the White House is criticized as authoritarian, but historical context, as documented in "Unfreedom of the Press', is important when making such judgments. FDR, who is admired by much of the modern media, the Democratic Party, and historians, was actually the most authoritarian president in American history. FDR is praised despite this because of his socialist views. Comparisons with past presidents are necessary when evaluating Trump’s actions. Learn more about your ad choices. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, are you getting sick and tired of ingrates who have no connection to this country? America is turning into Europe, which is dead and doesn't have the will to survive. Later, Bruce Blakeman calls in with an update on the NY Gubernatorial race. Blakeman says that his campaign is in a statistical dead heat, with polling showing him only 3.9% behind in a blue state. New York is facing economic decline, with population, business, and job losses, and warns that continued leadership by Kathy Hochul and Zohran Mamdani would further harm the state. Voters are increasingly recognizing the need for change and policies focused on job creation, economic growth, tax and regulation cuts, lower utility costs, and restoring law and order. Also, many members of Congress lack expertise in AI and data centers yet seek to regulate them. AI development is a competitive race that the United States must win. Any regulation would hinder innovation while allowing other countries to advance. If these doomer-Luddite politicians have their way, the new medicines and technologies resulting from AI data centers that are going to save lives, improve the quality of life, and increase the standard of living for untold numbers of people, would not happen. They are literally trying to cripple these industries and these businesses, and they are also actively helping the Communist Chinese leapfrog our companies and our country. Afterward, if the Democrats had their way, they would remove President Trump, Secretary of War Hegseth and Secretary of Education McMahon via impeachment. In other words, they would undertake a coup since impeachment is not intended for the purposes they intend to use it. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the central AI debate is between freedom and government, and between knowledge and idiocy. These politicians, bureaucrats, and regulators think they know more than inventors, creators, and innovators, and are trying to make people fearful of technological advancement. We need to remember the politicians who oppose this progress; they're populists, nationalists, Marxists, and socialists who seek greater control while presenting their actions as protecting "the people." Government control of AI would be a power grab and would benefit Democrat political interests and favored groups, while also helping Communist China. Government and politicians need to keep their hands off and allow advancement to move forward. Also, Arkansas Senate candidate Hallie Shoffner says she would trade five Americans for one ‘undocumented immigrant.' Hardworking Americans pay taxes and contribute significantly to the country. Schaffner is ineffective and out of touch. Meanwhile, Texas Senate candidate James Talarico's pastor says that Talarico will return to his previous radical views after being elected. He is changing his message solely to gain political power. Later, gas prices are high but voters should not be discouraged from supporting Republicans in the midterm election. Electing Democrats by staying home on Election day will not lower gas prices. Democrats support policies that would raise costs, increase taxes, expand government power, and advance a radical agenda. Republican victories are necessary to maintain control of the House and Senate and prevent investigations, impeachments, and Democratic control of government. Low voter turnout could lead to the destruction of the economy and our republic. Afterward, Deuteronomy was the most widely read and cited book during the Revolutionary period, appearing more frequently in speeches, writings, and official documents than any other source. Figures such as Madison, Washington, Adams, and Jefferson repeatedly referenced the Hebrew Bible, not to promote Judaism, but because they saw parallels between ancient events and their own circumstances. Ideas from the Hebrew Bible helped shape arguments about natural law, natural rights, and the Creator, while also overlapping with Enlightenment thought, particularly that of John Locke, although Deuteronomy was cited even more frequently. Finally, Ben Shapiro calls in to discuss Daily Wire's new film - Run Hide Fight: Infidels. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Later, Rep Thomas Massie is siding with Democrats and attempting to undermine the Trump administration during a war with Iran by promoting the impeachment of Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. Massie’s actions were based on the War Powers Act of 1973, which is unconstitutional. The Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war but not to conduct it. The president, as commander in chief, has the authority to wage war, while Congress’s primary check is its power to withhold funding. The founders sought to prevent both tyranny and mob rule, intentionally avoiding monarchy, oligarchy, dictatorship, and pure democracy. The Constitution is rooted in the principles of the Declaration of Independence and modern efforts to alter institutions such as the Electoral College, the Senate, or the Supreme Court represent attacks on those founding principles - Judeo-Christian and Enlightenment values. Attacks on the Constitution are fundamentally attacks on the Declaration, the founding, and the belief system. Later, President Trump has shown strong leadership on AI and data centers, which is the fourth industrial revolution with the potential to create large numbers of high-paying jobs, new businesses, medical breakthroughs, and opportunities for local and state governments. The AI threats and warnings are fearmongering - the United States must continue advancing because China is not slowing its AI development. Democrats are advocating greater regulation and oversight of AI and data centers, which would be the most massive power grab ever by them. Excessive government control could hinder U.S. competitiveness and allow China to gain an advantage. Also, why do Republicans go on these inane network Sunday shows? Hosts such as George Stephanopoulos, Kristen Welker, and others are biased against them and use interviews to embarrass Republican guests. These programs have small audiences that do not include Republican, conservative, or MAGA voters, making them ineffective for motivating turnout in an election. Learn more about your ad choices. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, WJNO’s Brian Mudd fills in for Mark. This is the 25th anniversary of 9/11. We say "Never Forget" and pay homage to the victims and their families, but we have forgotten. And maybe we never opened our eyes in the first place, because 25 years later the West is getting our rear ends kicked by Islam. Islam is winning and as a society we are clueless, because we've never thought through what "Never Forget" represents. In the aftermath of 9/11, many of us felt helpless and we didn't get Islam. But if you had told someone back then that 25 years later an Islamist would be Mayor of New York City, they'd think you were nuts. Suppose the real Ground Zero is not the site of the Twin Towers, but Michigan? We've totally blown the Never Forget thing. As a society we've closed our eyes to Islam's plan to takeover America. Also, on 9/11 we were at war, but we interpreted differently from the Islamists. We thought were at war with terrorists "over there," while we were blind to what was happening right here at home. In the 9,130 days since 9/11, an average of 5.5 terror attacks have taken place. Islamic terror has become so common that it takes an October 7th type of event to make news. Out of political correctness, many attacks get labelled "hate crimes." The truth is the Islamists didn't need to attack the Twin Towers. The Islamic plan has parallel paths: terror, infiltration and political correctness. The West has allowed itself to be manipulated by Islam and the plan is working. Then, 25 years ago, all of two elected officials in the U.S. were Islamists, both in Michigan. Today, that number is 255, including four members of Congress and Hizzoner Mayor Mamdani. The Muslim Brotherhood has an actual 100 year plan, first discovered in 1982, with a ten point plan to takeover the West. They realized the West couldn't be conquered militarily, so they're doing it by gradual entrenchment. They're playing the long game and it's working. Finally, if we do nothing else, where do we go from here? The Muslim Brotherhood 100 year plan tells us. We went from identifying western societies and establishing infrastructure, to building a North American network, to institutional consolidation, to political and civic participation. From here, the plan calls for influencing institutions, to influencing laws and public policy favorable to Islam, to the normalization of Islamist political ideas. In other words, Islam is no longer outside the norm, Islam IS the norm. The question is, do we have it within us to protect our republic, our Judeo-Christian values and our way of life? On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, one year ago today, Charlie Kirk was murdered in cold blood for the crime of engaging students. People who project onto Kirk whatever they want and put words in his mouth or selectively play clips, and especially those who abuse his family and wife Erica, are disgusting and evil and should be boycotted and ignored. There is concern that TPUSA not become a home for the Woke Reich isolationists; Charlie was neither an isolationist nor Woke Reich. TPUSA needs to be very careful about who it associates with. Later, we remember September 11th - 25 years later. We were attacked by Islamist terrorists, yet our doors have remained wide open for a quarter of a century, especially in the four years preceding Trump’s second presidency, and there are consequences. The Islamist enemy has not gone away; they are more powerful and more networked than ever and are here within our borders. The ruling class calls it a religion of peace; there may be peaceful individual Muslims, but it is not a religion of peace when one understands Sharia law. Also, Fairfax County Public Schools issued a 9/11 commemoration guide advising teachers not to link the attacks to radical Islam and to create safe spaces for Muslim students. This is candy-coating the worst terrorist attack in American history, hiding the Islamist motives of the hijackers, and using tax dollars to brainwash students rather than teach the facts. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, Mohamed Atta's own writings and background suggest that religious conviction and ideological commitment, rather than poverty, foreign policy grievances, or social alienation, were central motivations behind his actions on September 11th. Western leaders and analysts have often preferred socioeconomic explanations while underestimating the role of religious and civilizational factors. After misdiagnosing the enemy and importing culturally incompatible populations, the West now confronts the same threat at home and must undertake a serious stock-taking of violent Islamism and the wider ecosystem around it. Both Islamist and Marxist movements are fundamentally driven by the pursuit of power. Western elites often deny or underestimate cultural and ideological threats. Modern challenges to the West extend beyond terrorism to include demographic change, institutional influence, migration pressures, cyber operations, disinformation, and alliances between secular leftist movements and politicized Islamist groups. Western societies face a broader civilizational challenge and must recognize and respond to it in order to preserve their constitutional and liberal traditions. Later, Rep Claudia Tenney calls in to discuss her letter objecting to a British boycott campaign aimed at Israelis living in Judea and Samaria. Section 999 of the Internal Revenue Code requires the United States to track allied countries that boycott, divest from, or sanction Israel (as in the BDS movement) so American companies are not put at commercial risk; she asked Bessent to review whether Britain’s action interferes with free U.S. commerce and specifically targets Judea and Samaria. The federal government needs to act because unsanctioned international boycotts harm U.S. businesses and the economy. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, there's a psyop campaign against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu just weeks before elections there. The far-left news site Haaretz cites a book that claims Netanyahu ignored a warning from the President of the UAE about Hamas' attack on October 7th. The book cites "three anonymous foreign sources" as proof. Netanyahu's office vehemently denies the report, but all of Netanyahu's election opponents have demanded an immediate investigation. This is a well-timed, well organized political ambush. The Western media and those who hate Netanyahu have latched on to the report, and it has spread like wildfire, and it's very difficult to defend yourself in just a few weeks. The media may be happy if Netanyahu loses, but so will the Iranian regime. Also, no, we shouldn't expand a government program to provide benefits to nearly all families. Doing so would create a broad new entitlement at a time when the nation faces massive debt, rising interest costs, and future funding shortfalls for programs such as Social Security and Medicare. More government spending, borrowing, taxation, and redistribution will worsen fiscal problems and could lead to economic and constitutional consequences. There are certain "conservative" thinkers, institutions, and advocates of “National Conservatism” who embrace larger government solutions, but the central government is already too large and powerful. Government expansion is not the answer to helping families - limiting government involvement is the better approach. Later, the European Union is looking to Israel to strengthen its high-tech air defense and space capabilities, even as 11 European countries impose sanctions on it. This is hypocritical - Israel should say no. European countries provide little support to Israel. Now is a good time to revisit the Falklands and Northern Ireland. The UK government has now set the precedent. Of course, the difference is that Judea and Samaria actually are the indigenes home of the Jews going back thousands of years, long before there were Muslims let alone Palestinians. Finally, Bart Hester, President Pro Tempore of the Arkansas State Senate, calls in and explains that Arkansas is one of the 40 states with an anti-BDS law to push back against antisemitism. The law allows the state to refuse to do business with those who boycott Israel. If countries, rather than just businesses, engage in such actions, Arkansas could add them to a list of entities with which the state will not conduct business. Learn more about your ad choices. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, we bring the best of on Labor Day. A counter push has started against Luddites who want to prevent industrial and technological progress by banning data centers. Yes, there are legitimate concerns and there will be some little inconveniences, but a flat ban would set America back decades while the enemy moves forward. Also, the Supreme Court, by a 5-4 majority, told a lower court to back off trying to stop President Trump's new White House ballroom. The majority said the plaintiff didn't have standing to sue. Chief Justice John Roberts joined the minority - if it were up to him, he would destroy separation of powers. How does it affect Congress' powers if the President raises private funds for the White House? Then, imams of a Shia Muslim mosque in Dearborn, Michigan pledged its allegiance to the Islamic regime in Iran, calling the U.S. a nation of "devil-worshipers." Most of these mosques in Dearborn are raising future Islamists. The indoctrination of young kids is a poison that spreads into the wider culture. Why do these radical Islamist imams use the language of class warfare and violence? Ali Khamenei told them to use Marxist language and propaganda in the West. Marxism is attractive to Western liberals. Meanwhile, national conservatism is a form of older paleo conservatism and such isms are not new - like Theodore Roosevelt’s progressive nationalism and Huey Long who rebranded fascism as anti-fascism. This echoes Orwell’s remark that every government, even communist ones, claims to be a democracy. Words have meanings that politicians often confuse and contort, and conservatives and Republicans should not abandon one of the greatest periods of conservatism and Republicanism in the 80's, just as they should not abandon Trump. Later, certain infrastructure, including Kharg island, must be taken out and the Iranian people armed. Even if the regime’s leaders lack money, they remain like World War II Japanese kamikazes: religious zealots who treated the Emperor as God on earth, prayed, fought, and lived for him—the product of nationalism. The Iranian regime will not surrender for its people’s good or because its military is defeated, and any document or negotiation it signs is merely an ends-justifies-the-means tactic. The regime must therefore be obliterated and eliminated. The only real way to overthrow it is from within; the President has created the conditions for that, but unless further steps are taken the concern remains that collapse could simply produce another such regime. Afterward, the media portrayed Columbia student Mohsen Mahdawi, as a peaceful “boy scout” exercising free speech and advocating for Palestinian rights, but a 100-page investigation documents a previously unseen record of support for terrorists, terrorist organizations, and armed violence. The report unearths statements in which Mahdawi promised to “annihilate the Jews,” praised Hamas, honored dead terrorists, and bragged that Palestinians have the capacity and conviction to resist, kill, and wound; similar violence-tinged postings continued as recently as 2024 while he was on U.S. soil.
